#Good Paranting TALK TO YOUR CHILD :

A parent is the best person  to teach a child about  personal safety.  There is no perfect age when parents should begin teaching children about personal safety.  A child's ability to comprehend and practice safety skills is affected by age, educational, and developmental levels. LISTEN  to your children. Know your children's daily activities and habits. Listen to what they like and what they don't like. Encourage open communication. Let your children know they can talk to you about any situation. Reassure your children that their safety is your TEACH  your children. Set boundaries about places they may go, people they may see, and things they may do. Reinforce the importance of the "buddy system".  Its OK to say NO - tell your children to trust their instincts. Get  INVOLVED  Know where your children are at times. Your children should check in with you if there is a change in plans. There is no substitute for your attention and supervision PRACTICE  safety skills

It is our responsibility, as parents and responsible citizens, to safeguard children and to teach them the skills to be safe.   विधिक शब्दावली का दैनिक जीवन में उपयोग अपेक्षाकृत कम होने की वजह से, हममें से अधिकांश देश की संसद द्वारा बनाए गए अधिनियम और सम्बंधित नियमों को समझ नहीं पाते है I इसमें भाषा रुकावट तो बनती ही है साथ में कानून के जानकारों का सुलभ उपलब्धता नहीं होने की वजह से विधि का विशाल लोकहित में प्रयोग नहीं हो पा रहा है I यह डिजिटल मंच इन्ही चुनौतिओं को दूर करने में आपकी सहायता करती है I आप इस लेख के अवलोकन पश्चात हमें बताएं आप किन रुचिकर विषयों पर संवाद करना चाहते है I आइये आज हम जाने सूचना के अधिकार अधिनियम 2005 की धारा 4 के बारे में... यह अधिनियम के अध्याय 2 में वर्णित है जिसका विषय है सूचना का अधिकार और लोक प्राधिकारियों की बाध्यताएं सूचना के अधिकार अधिनियम , 2005 की धारा 4 लोक प्राधिकारियों की बाध्यताएं :- (1) प्रत्येक लोक प्राधिकारी , - (क) अपने सभी अभिलेख को सम्यक् रूप से सूचीपत्रित और अनुक्रमणिकाबद्ध ऐसी रीति और रूप में रखेगा , जो इस अधिनियम के अधीन सूचना के अधिकार को सुकर बनाता है और सुनिश्चित करेगा कि ऐसे सभी अभिलेख , जो कंप्यूटरीकृत्त किए जाने के लिए समुचित हैं , युक्तियुक्त

  एकीकृत बाल संरक्षण योजना महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग के Nodal Officers राज्य बाल संरक्षण समिति - SCPS राज्य दत्तक ग्रहण संसाधन अभिकरण - SARA जिला बाल संरक्षण इकाई - DCPU बाल कल्याण समिति - CWC किशोर न्याय बोर्ड - JJB बाल देख-रेख संस्थाएं - CCI उल्लास कार्यक्रम विधि विवादित बच्चे तथा देखरेख एवं संरक्षण की आवश्यकता वाले बच्चों के लिए संस्थागत देखरेख कार्यक्रम:-  किशोर न्याय अधिनियम/समेकित बाल संरक्षण योजना के अन्तर्गत राज्य में संस्थागत देखरेख कार्यक्रम संचालित किये जा रहे हैं । देखेरख एवं संरक्षण की आवश्यकता वाले बालकों के लिए राज्य में शासकीय बालगृह एवं अशासकीय बालगृह , खुला आश्रय गृह , विशेषीकृत दत्तक ग्रहण एजेंसी संचालित है जबकि विधि विरूद्ध कार्य करने वाले बालकों के लिए राज्य में शासकीय सम्प्रेक्षण गृह , विशेष गृह एवं प्लेस ऑफ सेफ्टी संचालित है। बाल सम्प्रेक्षण गृह – 1.      विधि विरूद्ध कार्य करने वाले बच्चों को किशोर न्याय बोर्ड के आदेश पर बाल सम्प्रेक्षण गृह में रखा जाता है। 2.      राज्य के रायपुर]दुर्ग]बिलासपुर]अम्बिकापुर]जगदलपुर]कोरबा एवं रायगढ़ में बालक
