SALE DEED

BETWEEN

The Seller is the absolute owner and in possession of the immovable property more fully described hereunder, and has clear and marketable title to sell the same.

The Seller has agreed to sell and the Buyer has agreed to purchase the said property for a total consideration of ₹[Amount] (Rupees [Amount in words] only).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The Seller shall bear all taxes, rates, and outgoing till the date of execution of this deed. Thereafter, all taxes and expenses shall be borne by the Buyer.

The Buyer shall be entitled to all rights, easements, and appurtenances attached to the property from the date of execution.

Both parties agree to do all necessary acts and deeds for the proper registration and mutation of the property in the name of the Buyer.
