1.  What are the Fundamental rules of pleading in terms of drafting a plaint? Explain.
2. Distinguish between Inquiry and Investigation.
3. What do you mean by Plaint and written statement ? Differentiate. 
4. Prepare a writ petition against state under article 226 of the Constitution for issuance of writ of  Habeas Corpus on the basis of the assumed facts.
5.  Suit for permanent injunction, restraining the landlord from dispossessing the tenant forcibly and illegally along with application for stay.

11. State the grounds for refusal of Amendments.
12.  Draft a sale deed of an immovable property.
13.   ‘x’ agreed to sell his property to ‘y’ vide an ‘agreement to sell’ dated on 17.10.2021 for a sum of Rupee 67 lakhs out of which Rs. 21 lakhs have been paid as earnests money. The balance amount has to be paid within a period of seven months from date of ‘Agreement to Sale’. Draft a comprehensive sale deed.
